A photograph of the exterior construction at the Midland Branch. The foreground displays a large yellow Komatsu excavator. The roof of the building is torn down. There are three men working onsite, one man is standing on a ladder. Three boards are nailed to the exterior wall of the building, the boards read 'MULTNOMAH COUNTY LIBRARY MIDLAND BRANCH.'
