Thanks for your question about pianos in the library.  Multnomah County Library has less square footage per capita in library buildings than any library in a comparable community in the United States.  So, unfortunately, we don't have a lot of room for pianos or music practice rooms right now.  But we're committed to looking at innovative new ways to use our spaces, and we will keep your comment in mind as we plan for the future.
