• Spectacular Grand Floral Parade Saturday,
June 9. Dozens of gigantic all-flowered floats. Finest marching bands from across the country. Champion show horses and riders in costumed splendor.
• See it in reserved seat air-conditioned comfort as it passes through covered Memorial Coliseum.
• Professional auto race drivers from throughout North America compete in Gl Joe's Rose Cup Sports Car Races, Saturday-Sunday, June 9-10.
• Glamorous after-dark Starlight Parade,
Saturday, June 2.
• Oldest and largest rose show in the country, Portland Rose Society show.
• Outstanding bands compete in marching and playing, Friday night, June 8.
• Festival Fun Center at water’s edge with midway, arts and crafts, food, novelties, throughout all ten days of Rose Festival.
• Plus river carnival, junior parade, drag races, more than forty events for all ages and interests, geared to family enjoyment.
