The 1911 Portland Rose Festival souvenir folding card has a cover of illustrated pink roses and green leaves. Inside the folding card are sixteen black and white photographs depicting floats in the parade. Parade floats during this year were drawn both by automobiles and horses. Three photographs depict the School Children's Parade. Children wearing white shirts and dresses march in rows down a wide commercial avenue with two streetcar tracks. A sign for the Lents neighborhood and school district is featured.
