The Chicago Civic Opera Company performed four different operas: Cleopatre by Jules Massenet was conducted by Ettore Panizza; Boris Godunoff, music by Modes Moussorgsky, and Salome, music by Richard Strauss, were conducted by Giorgio Polacco; The Jewess by Halevy was conducted by Ettroe Panizza.
