A contestant must visit the VIOLET SHOP, make an inspection and register as a contestant. One need not feel that a purchase must be made or that I will expect one to have work done. I simply want to get acquainted and have you know what I have to offer. Letters of recommendation must not be over forty words in length and must be absolutely truthful. The judges will take into consideration the truthfulness of the letters in making the awards. Letters are not to be signed but are to be marked by a secret mark, known only to the contestant and are to be delivered at the Violet Shop no later than five o'clock P. M. May 5, enclosed in plain, sealed envelopes. Letters will be delivered unopened to the Baker Program Management, who will select the judges to make the awards. The letters winning prizes will be given in the Baker or Heilig programs the following week and the winners may claim the prizes by giving their secret mark to the program management. THE PRIZES The prizes will consist of first, second and third and the value of the prizes will depend upon the entry of the contestant. If the contestant at any time between the time of registering and May 5 has work done at the Violet Shop to the amount of $1.00, a special cash prize will be given the winner of any one of the three prizes awarded. Thus the winner of even the third prize may receive FIVE DOLLARS IN CASH in 'addition to the prize itself. $17.00~-FIRST PRIZE is a book of "Reilly Coupons," costing Five Dollars and good for Six Dollars in work done or goods purchased by the owner of the book. In addition to the Original Coupon which the book contains, there are six "New Customer" Coupons worth One Dollar Each in wor : at the Violet Shop, which the owner of the book,may sell, making a total value of Twelve Dollars. In addition to this the winner of the first prize will receive Five Dollar: above I in cash, provided the contestant has had One Dollar's worth of work done as xplained. $9.00 The second prize will consist of Four Dollars in work done and in addition a special prize of Five Dollars in cash under the conditions explained. $7.00—THIRD PRIZE is to be Two Dollars in work done, together with the Five Dollar Special Cash, Prize already explained.
