Albina Neighborhood Improvement Information Center (ANIIC) newsletters from 1964. ANIIC was set up by the Portland Development Commission in 1961 to carry out the Albina Neighborhood Improvement Project. These monthly newsletters describe the activities associated with the project. Ordering and planting of new trees, learning about youth employment project, and construction of a new bowling alley and restaurant were some events mentioned.
