A panoramic photograph of Van Havig being in two places at once inside of the brewery. Interestingly enough, his introduction to the world of brewing was very similar since Havig found himself being in two places at once; being a vocal economics student and a passionate brewer. The art of brewing prevailed and Havig became a professional brewer in 1995. When his 16 year career with Rock Bottom Breweries ended, Van partnered with Ben Love and created a fast growing yet "stubbornly staying small" brewery which they ironically named Gigantic.
