Description
Pig War White India Pale Ale is named after the border clash between the United States and the British Empire. The conflict came to a head on San Juan Island when the pig of a Hudson’s Bay Company employee was shot on the property claimed by an American farmer. Hopworks grows some of the ingredients for this summer seasonal ale on its own San Juan Island farm.
