Description
Because each of Hopworks' IPX series focuses on a single hop, the hop itself becomes part of the story. Their website explains that the Fuggle hop was discovered in 1861 in Kent, England and named for Richard Fuggle who brought the hop to the brewing industry in 1865. Hopworks won a gold medal at the 2014 National Organic Craft Beer Competition for their Organic Fuggle IPX.
