Albina Neighborhood Improvement Information Center (ANIIC) newsletters from 1967. ANIIC was set up by the Portland Development Commission in 1961 to carry out the Albina Neighborhood Improvement Project. These monthly newsletters describe the activities associated with the project. The August newsletter includes an article about the opening of the Albina Branch of Multnomah County Library.
