Map dated March, 1957, showing a network of proposed major roads and freeways throughout the Portland area. The map was part of a report to the Port of Portland regarding proposed industrial areas. Many of the proposed roads and freeways were never built. Among these are the Laurelhurst Freeway, the Mt. Hood Freeway and the Fremont Freeway.
