This photograph shows John Kenward, Robert Perron, and Herman Plummer, ANIP project manager, with a model of Unthank Park. The photograph was taken around 1963. In addition to his work with the Albina Neighborhood Improvement Project, Herman Plummer was an active member of the Oregon Democratic Party, treasurer for the NAACP, and the first African American realtor in Oregon.
