As ordered by the Board of Directors of the within named Corporation, in accordance with a certain resolution of dissolution legally adopted by the stockholders thereof.
This Voucher, when properly receipted and dated, will be paid before the date stamped in the margin, by the First National Bank of Portland, Oregon, Treasurer of this Company.

Stamped or pencil signatures will not be accepted. Should then be an, error in this voucher pleate return it to the Auditor for correction.
