The Lewis and Clark Journal, volume 1, issue 1 from January 1904. The journal was produced in promotion of the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition held in Portland, Oregon in 1905. It featured articles, poetry, and illustrations related to planning the fair as well as highlighting the region for tourism and commerce. This issue includes photo studies for a bronze statue of Sacajawea and articles on the hop and wheat industries.
