Fr. Henry !• Doe3oh,
By attention has been drawn to letter which gives the in-
formation that yon have been appointed as Director of Exhibits of the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition and I hasten to offer yon my congratulations on the appointment.
s?hen I saw you here some months since I understood you to say that you would not be connected with the Lewis and Clark Centennial and therefore the information above referred to is very surprising because
It shall be ray duty and pleasure to serve the Lewis and Clark
Centennial jointly with you, and no doubt we shall do so most harmoniously and I trust to the greatest advantage of the Pair,
I suppose you will be down here a time or two during the period of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition, is it not so?
Yours very trul3r,
