On the 15th ultimo, we wrote you concerning the construction of the electric railway, which the Hood River Developement Company propose to build, and in which we understand you are directly interested, but not having been favored with a reply from you, we again wish to place ourselves before you as Engineers and Contractors for the complete design and construction of Electric Railroads.
If it is too early at this time to take up question of construction, may we request that you advise us as to proper time to correspond with you relative to thi3 matter, as we are very anxious to have an opportunity to submit proposal for doing at least part of this work.
