The dinners given by the American Patriotic Club have been very successful and greatly enjoyed by those attending. The addresses have been not only pleasing but highly entertaining and instructive.
The fourth annual dinner will be given at the Hotel Portland on the evening of April first at seven o'clock sharp and will be in honor of the birth of Thomas Jefferson, third President of the United States. TJae^great interest taken by Mr. Jefferson in this northwest country-warrants us to properly pay our respects to his memory.

The cost per plate will be the same as last year, viz: $6.00, and you are requested to send your check to the Secretary for that amount at an early day as possible, but before March 30th. If you desire to invite a friend please send his name to the Secretary.
