Mr. H. E. Dosch,
Portland, Oregon. Dear Sir:-
I read a pleasant art icle about you and the Portland Ex-posit ion. I am pleased to see that our hews 8c Courier has not forgotten you and the Portland Exhibit, and I do hope that our State will be represented with a creditable Exhibit at the Oregon Exposition, and I am of the opinion that the News & Courier can do much in that direction, and would advise that you send to The News & Courier such articles as you think proper and I know that the articles will be published with suitable comments.
Mr. "Robert Graham who had charge of Carts and Wagons at our Exposition has applied to you for a place, and I cheerfully reccommend him, he is capable and faithful and will serve you satisfactorily, you will not miss it if you place him in charge of Carts, Wagons and Labor.
I am always pleased to hear from you and hope you are well. Please remember me to your daughters.
With kindest regards,
