Mr. Henry E. Dosch,
St. Louis, Mo.
We have your kind favor of the 1.3th inst., with enclosures, have also received the set of Razors which you returned to us. We have found the rusted blades and marked envelopes which you referred to and wish to state that it is our impression that some agent has either used these blades or has mixed them in some way, for we have certainly never sent anjr blades of this description out of our factory.
We have a very rigid inspection system, through which each and every blade must pass before it can be packed for shipment. We wish to thank you for your information and for bringing this to our attention, and trust that you have been put to no inconvenience. We are sending you under separate cover a new set of blades to replace that which you have returned to us, and we trust they will prove satisfactory to you.
We shall endeavor to trace up the matter of the rusty blades further if possible.
