ANDERSON SDLINIWAi'CQ PORTLAND ORE'.
Col. Henry E. Bosch,
Dear Colonel Bosch:
Can you, without too much trouble to yourself, prepare me a short statement of what Oregon has done at various expositions held in this country? I desire to know the amount appropriated by the State or raised by subscription for each exposition, the amount actually expended, and whether, in your opinion, the exhibit made was a good one. I think that the facts and figures for Hew Orleans, Chicago, Omaha, Buffalo, Charleston and Osaka would suffice.
ADDRESS ALL COMMUNICATIONS TO THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL.
