Mr. Takesaburo Tange, on whose behalf, I wrote you last summer, desires to have you accept a table from his own factory as a token of his appreciation of your kindness in connection with his exhibits at the Portland Exposition. He is very much pleased with the success he had in the Exposition and is under special obligation to you and officers of the Exposition for the kind consideration and attention given him.
The table is sent as a special regard and esteem for you. Very truly yours,
