Replying to your favor of the tenth inst. I am grateful to you for your offer of becoming your right hand man. You can be sure that I will not disappoint you, in any way and that I will be loyal to you, that you know.
I have all the Omaha papers ready and will have same ready for you whenever you call.upon me for same, and will commence gathering all that was used here. Where I will be of most use to you will be to get the best exhibits to move from here to Portland.
This work can be done by me in the last two months of the Worlds Fair. We can get here more notice for kindling wood price, than would trail* twice the Ixposition there. I am awaiting your visit with interest, If you will notify me on time I will meet you at the Depot, at any rate come, and see me the first thing? I can save you considerable.'T^^tpiG'C^d
