We submit herewith sketches for your medals and beg to say that we will make any changes that you wish in the design, and submit a finished drawing after the plan of your selection.
We propose to make these medals of bronze, 2-J- inches in diameter by 1/4 inch thick, executed in the highest type of the medalist's art; figure; letters, scrolls and Oregon grape wreath in high relief; all finished in a thoroughly first class workmanlike manner, that will reflect credit to your Exposition and to the manufacturing industries of the Pacific Northwest. We will deliver the medals at your office encased in suitable satin or velvet lined boxes for the net sura of 70/ each.
We trust that you will give our bid your serious consideration,
and take into account our superior workmanship.
