The Evening Telegram of June 13th, bring! us the glad tidings that you have been elected Judge of the Third Judicial District and have honored themselves thereby. No one of your friends is more pleased to learn of this good news than I am, and I desire to extend to you my most heartfelt congratulations, knowing that the Judicial toga has fallen on worthy shoulders,and It will not only be an honor to yourself, but an honor to the people of the state of Oregon,and I hope that you may enjoy good health for many years to come.
