Exposition and Oriental Fair for.................................days from the date hereof;  said photographs  not  to  exceed in size
..........................inches by..........................inches, and to be made under and subject to the following restrictions, viz:

Name of Publication.
and shall not be used by or for any other publication. No reproduction of the said photographs shall be given away or placed on sale as illustrations, advertisements, lantern slides, photographic prints, or in any other way except as ordinary illustrations in the said publication, and all of the said photographs not accepted, by the said publication for the purpose of illustration, shall be destroyed immediately.
The undersigned hereby agrees to use this permit in strict accordance with Section One, Article XIII of the Rules and Regulations of the Lewis and Clark Centennial and American Pacific Exposition and Oriental Fair, which, in substance, is as follows, viz:
"No exhibit or object upon exhibition may be sketched, copied or reproduced, in any way whatever without permission of the exhibitor, approved by the Director of Exhibits, except that the President of the Company may give such permission."
The Department of Concessions reserves the right to revoke this permit at any time.
This permit is not valid unless presented to the Department of Concessions and a Camera Tag issued by the said Department.
