Concert program for a Festival of Music as presented by the Music Department of the Portland Public High Schools. Bands, orchestras and choruses combined to perform works by St. Saens, Bizet, Sibelius, Beethoven, Woodbury, Herbert, Weldon, Tschaikowsky, Sousa and Wagner. The audience joined in for some sing-a-longs including "Let Me Call You Sweetheart", "Oregon my Oregon" and "God Bless America." Chester R. Duncan was the conductor.
