Description
Representatives of the Rosebud Study Group, a subsidiary of the Oregon Federation of Colored Women’s Clubs, marched in a parade to send off black soldiers to Fort Lewis in 1918. They wore Red Cross uniforms and supported the Colored Women’s Patriotic Drive Association during WWI.
