Columbia Lightship number 50

Description

The Columbia Lightship number 50 went ashore around McKenzie Head near mouth of Columbia River on November 29, 1899. After several attempts to float her she was finally removed overland on rollers to Baker Bay, Washington. The ship was later grounded east of Cape Disappointment, Washington.
