Description
A collection of programs, brochures, and other ephemera associated with the long-established Portland Rose Festival. These materials--from the John Wilson Special Collections--date from the early years of the 20th century to the 1990s and in addition to revealing details of these annual events so closely connected to the history of Portland, they also show changing cultural and social values over the years as reflected in appearances and activities that happened at these festivals.
